Mr. Rory Bernard serves as Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer at SynchTank. He served as Chief Technology Officer at Freemarket. He served as an Advisor at digi.me. He has a background in electronics and computer science from Europe's leading computer science departments at the University of Southampton followed by working for one of their first commercial spin-offs. In 1995, he co-founded and was CEO for Aspect Technologies, a software development company that specialized in developing Internet-based systems for large enterprises. A number of successful acquisitions made the company one of the country's largest independent Internet software companies before a sale in 2005 to LBi, a publically listed European/US company. Now a non-executive or consultant at a number of Internet-based companies helping to develop them from startups into rapidly growing businesses through a mix of technology, management, and finance. He is presently serving as the Chairman and Co-Chief Executive Officer at Synchtank.
