Mr. John Maute serves as Chief Executive Officer at M360 Advisors LLP. Mr. John Maute serves as Board Member at Money360.He served as the Senior Managing Director of special servicing at Situs Corporation. Prior to joining Situs, Mr. Maute served as an Executive Vice President and Global Head of GMAC Commercial Mortgage's distressed investment and asset management business prior to the sale of the company in 2006. He also serves as a Non-Executive Director, Investment Committee at M360 Advisors. He was instrumental in the startup of two CMBS special servicing businesses and led the acquisition, and management of three more distressed asset management platforms in the U.S., Asia, Europe and Mexico. In addition, Mr. Maute was Portfolio Manager of Hanford/Healy's RTC $1.2 billion SAMDA portfolio when the company was acquired by GMAC Commercial Mortgage in 1996. He also managed the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation's non-performing loan department, Western Region, in the late 1980s. Mr. Maute earned his MBA from the University of Southern California's Entrepreneur Program.
