He joined Charlesbank in 2009 from the Audax Group, where he was a senior analyst working on private equity transactions and portfolio company management. Prior to that, he worked at Bain & Company as an associate consultant in the private equity and general practice areas. At Bain, he served clients in the healthcare and technology sectors. Mayur received a BS in physics and a BS in electrical engineering & computer science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
