Dr. Carolina Dams served as Board Member at Keclon. Since 2014 has been dedicated to academic education, being a professor of Entrepreneurship at the Universidad Austral and Entrepreneurial Finance at IAE Business School, and then assume the role of Dean at the Faculty of Business Studies of the Universidad Austral. She worked at the consulting firm Hermes Management Consulting. In 2005, she co-founded A2C Advisors, actively participating in the identification and evaluation of investments. In 2011, she created an angel investment fund that made investments in technology start-ups. She is an investor and mentor of NXTp and member of the Germinare Advisory Board. She is a Public Accountant from the University of Belgrano and has an MBA from the London Business School and a PhD in Business Management from the IAE Business School.
