Mr. Nicholas Stocks serves as General Partner at White Star Capital. He serves as Board Member at Red Sift, finn.auto, and Uncapped. He is a Principal based in the London office. Previously, he was a Principal at Global Founders Capital, an $850m stage-agnostic global fund. He led or participated in over 30 transactions across 4 continents. Prior to GFC, he was an early member of the team at Skyscape (now known as UKCloud), which he joined pre-launch. During his time at Skyscape, the company raised over £20m from high net worth individuals and VCs. He is also a Board Observer at Butternut Box. He has also been an advisor to a number of startups in Europe. He began his career in the European Communications Group within the Investment Banking Division at UBS where he advised clients across corporate finance and M&A. He graduated from the University of Warwick and holds an MBA from London Business School. Raised in Portugal, he is fluent in English and Portuguese.
