Mr. James Grube serves as Board Member at GameStop. He is a business and finance executive with more than two decades of corporate experience. He was most recently the Chief Financial Officer of Vacasa, a North American vacation rental management company. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Chewy, Inc. (NYSE: CHWY) from 2015 through 2018. He was formerly the Senior Vice President of Finance at Hilton (NYSE: HLT) from 2009 through 2015 and a Director of Finance at Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) from 2007 through 2009. He has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and received his master's degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
