With FFI, he has given a successful exit to his investors and has anchored the M&A of FFI with En-Japan Inc. A Lead Investor on Indian Angel Network (IAN), MVS has had successful exits on his investments over the years. His investment interest spans domains with some of his invested start-ups on their way to being Unicorns in their segment. He is a Member of NASSCOM National SME Council & Member of NASSCOM Tamil Nadu Regional Council. He is a Director in NativeLead, a social impact venture to promote entrepreneurship amongst tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and a Charter member of TiE Chennai. He has also been invited to chair the IT Committee, South India Chamber of Commerce (SICCI), 100+ year old Industry body, to drive Industry 4.0 in SMEs. He is on the advisory board of Sahyadri College of Engineering, Mangalore and has co-created a first-of-its-kind Center For Mechanical Engineering Start-ups & Incubators - Caliper.
